Golden Visa Villa Project: Third Phase

The Third Step of the Golden Visa Villa Projects Continues at Full Speed

The Golden Visa Villa Project, taking shape in the Skala Gerakinis area of the Halkidiki peninsula in Greece near Thessaloniki, is rising with Steelin light steel building systems. Construction continues at full speed on the project, which has a total of 21,467 m² of enclosed area and spans 7 neighboring plots.

Set in the unique atmosphere of the Aegean, the project stands out with its contemporary architectural approach, solid structural system and a living concept in harmony with its surroundings. Thanks to Steelin’s light steel building technology, aesthetic design and high durability come together, offering a strong building standard that meets the needs of modern living. In the project, which will consist of 178 villas in total, production, logistics and on-site assembly processes are carried out in a coordinated and uninterrupted manner.

The project, which is currently progressing actively with production and loading work at our factories, draws attention as one of the strong reference projects of Steelin light steel building systems in Greece. The extensive layout of 2-storey structures, made up of 120 m² single villas, 240 m² twin villas and 360 m² triple villas, stands out with its balconies, open living areas, distinctive architectural lines and modern facade designs. The project brings together the strength and durability offered by Steelin light steel building systems with a contemporary sense of aesthetics.

In the coming period, social amenities such as lobby buildings, restaurants, cafes and social facilities are also planned to be added to the project.

Rising not just as a building but as a symbol of peace, new beginnings and a new life in Europe, the project also gains value within the scope of Greece’s Golden Visa program.

This large-scale project continues to rise in the heart of the Aegean as a concrete reflection of the philosophy “We don’t just build buildings, we turn dreams into steel.”
