Hekim Profil cold forms galvanized sheet to produce light steel construction and solar power plant mounting profiles. C, C Plus, Sigma, Sigma Plus, U and Z profiles are cut to the size the project requires, punched at the requested size and axis, marked and packed on demand.
Our six main profiles, are produced by cold forming galvanized sheet on our high-tech production line.
All of them can be made up to 16,000 mm in length, 400 mm web and 100 mm flange. Sheet thickness ranges from 1.00 to 4.00 mm. Material grades are S390GD+Z, S350GD+Z, DX51D+Z, S235JR and S355JR. The galvanizing coating class is set according to the customer and project request.
Galvanised C, Sigma, U and Z profiles for light and heavy steel structures and solar power plants, used as columns, beams, purlins, girts and facade members.
Used as columns, beams and roof trusses in light steel buildings, and as purlins, girts and facade profiles in heavy steel industrial plants.
C Plus profiles serve as secondary purlins, girts and facade profiles in heavy steel industrial buildings under high loads. Their high load capacity also makes them a choice for roofs, steel buildings, solar power plants and trusses.
Used as beams and roof members in light steel houses, solar power plants and industrial buildings.
Sigma Plus profiles serve as secondary purlins, girts and facade profiles in heavy steel industrial buildings under high loads. They are also used as load-bearing members in solar power plants and in construction, automotive and energy facilities.

Hekim Profil works with weld-free construction technology. All structural elements are produced by cold forming galvanized steel and joined with bolts and nuts. Production takes place on HekimStructureROBOT lines.

No. "U demir" (hot-rolled steel channels) generally refers to hot-rolled NPU or UPN profiles, which are outside our production range. Our galvanized U Profile is cold formed from galvanized steel sheet and has a thickness range of 1.00 to 4.00 mm. The two are not interchangeable.
The six main profiles use S390GD+Z, S350GD+Z, DX51D+Z, S235JR and S355JR. M Profile, J Profile and L Anchor are made from DX51D+Z as standard.

Steel profile prices vary with many factors. The dimensions of the requested profile type, the raw material quality and the processes applied in production determine the price. Punching, different length options, special orders, special packaging, the sheet type and the sheet size to be used directly affect pricing. Prices are set per running meter and per ton. As the Data Controller, we process your personal data as described below and within the limits prescribed by law. Our aim is to inform you in accordance with Article 10 of the KVKK.
Under the KVKK, your personal data will be collected and may be processed by Prefabrik Yapı İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., as the data controller, within the scope described below.

Under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, Prefabrik Yapı İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., as the data controller, may record and store your personal information in physical or electronic form, update, classify and process it within the limits of that law, and disclose it to third parties, transfer it and process it to the extent permitted by legislation and solely for the purposes stated above.
To fulfil the purposes stated above, Prefabrik Yapı İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., as the data controller under the KVKK, may record and store your personal data in physical or electronic form, update, classify and process it within the limits of that law. To the extent permitted by legislation, it may disclose and transfer your personal data to business partners in Türkiye and abroad, group companies, shareholders, affiliates, individuals or legal entities with which it collaborates, courier companies, banks, individuals or legal entities from which it receives services or with which it collaborates in relation to products/services, and public authorities, and process it, subject to the personal data processing conditions and purposes set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
Under Article 3/d of the KVKK, personal data includes identity information, access details and contact information, and any information and documents obtained through transactions under any type of contract that make it possible to identify our suppliers, our suppliers' representatives/employees, our business/solution partners, our business/solution partners' representatives/employees, our subcontractors, our subcontractors' representatives/employees, our customers, our customers' representatives/employees, our prospective customers, our prospective customers' representatives/employees, our employees, our job applicants, our interns, our scholarship recipients, our shareholders/partners, and individuals conducting business with our Company or representatives/employees of private legal entities conducting business with our Company through a legal relationship established under any designation.
Your personal data may be collected in writing, verbally or electronically through our website; our sales outlets; our company, branch and factory premises; our call centre; our social media accounts; our employees; contracts; our quotation forms; and other channels. Without infringing your fundamental rights and freedoms, our Company will retain the personal data it obtains for the periods specified in the legislation to which it is subject, where such periods are prescribed, or, where no such period is prescribed, for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it is processed. In relation to your personal data, you have the right to:
a) learn whether it is being processed,
b) request information if it has been processed,
c) learn the purpose of processing and whether it is being used in accordance with that purpose,
ç) know the parties to whom it has been transferred, d) request rectification if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
e) request its deletion and destruction subject to the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK,
f) request that the actions taken under subparagraphs (d) and (e) above be notified to third parties to whom it has been transferred,
g) object to an outcome detrimental to you resulting from its analysis exclusively through automated systems,
ğ) claim compensation for any damage you suffer as a result of its unlawful processing.
Data subjects may submit requests concerning the rights listed above to our Company by preparing an information request using the methods specified below or other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board, together with information and documents establishing their identity. Our Company will resolve the requests included in the application free of charge as soon as possible, depending on the nature of the request, and within thirty days at the latest. However, if the procedure entails an additional cost, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff determined by the Board.
1. To request information, a copy of the application form available on our Company's website bearing the applicant's handwritten signature must be delivered in person or through a notary to “Güzelyalı Mahallesi, Egemen Sokak, No.11/3 Pendik/Istanbul”, together with a photocopy of the applicant's identity card/passport establishing their identity.
2. To request information, the application form available on our Company's website must be signed with a “secure electronic signature” under the Electronic Signature Law No. 5070 or with a handwritten signature, and emailed to kvkk@prefabrikyapi.com, together with a photocopy of the applicant's identity card/passport establishing their identity. The applicant must send the email using an email address previously provided to the data controller and registered in the data controller's system.
3. For a third party to submit an application on behalf of a data subject, the data subject must grant a special power of attorney, executed through a notary, to the person who will submit the application.
